The Development Programme at LRC is designed to help you learn, serve, and grow through weekly teaching, one-to-one mentoring and ministry experience. Throughout the year, we aim to see you flourish in character, confidence, and purpose, believing that as you give your all, God will do amazing things in and through you.
Course fees: £750
The Development Programme is an opportunity to grow in your leadership and discipleship. Course fees cover teaching, Young Lions Leadership Weekend, Thrive Youth Camp and inclusion in staff training days and trips.
Optional extras include a Youth Ministry short-course at Assemblies of God’s Missio Dei Leadership & Theological College (£500 per module) and an LRC mission trip both at additional cost.
