Welcome to Apex Youth! If you are in years 7 to 13 (or care for someone who is), then we are so glad you are here!
At Apex Youth we seek to help young people find and grow in their relationship with God and lead both themselves and others.
If you are new here or would like to be added to our mailing list, please fill in the form here and we will be in touch!
WHAT DO WE DO?
We run a Friday night programme every Friday during term time.
Make sure you join us for chill, games, worship, messages, small groups and much more!
SUNDAY YOUTH LOUNGE
Apex has our own area in ‘The Source Café’ and we are open every Sunday after each service. It is an opportunity for young people to connect with the team and other young people outside of a Friday night.
There are games, a chance to chill and an opportunity to get to know people, so make sure you come and say hi!
APEX AT HOSTELS
In partnership with Tenacious Kidz – we run a youth and kids club in some of our local hostels every two weeks on a Wednesday.
It’s a chance to connect with more people in our community and provide a space to have fun and share the good news.
During the School holidays, there are no Friday night programmes, however, Apex does not stop. We run Holiday Hangouts throughout all school holidays. You can see more info about this below.
Potentials is our leadership development course. Each year we identify a group of young people who we believe have the potential to lead. We take them on a two-year course that involves discipleship, mentorship, trips away and so much more.
Our once-a-month podcast talks about relevant issues from a Christian perspective. Look below for the latest episode.
On Sundays, we offer a space for teenagers with additional needs called "Explorers".

Seat ReservationOur building will have limited capacity, so we can create a safe and socially distanced service. Due to limited seating, reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis. To ensure you get a seat, we’re going to require you to reserve it online before you come to the service. Please only reserve seats that you will use so someone else doesn’t miss out. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the service after reserving a seat please let us know. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the service starts to allow us to check you in and seat you. If you arrive after the service starts we reserve the right to give your seat away.
Touch FreeWhen you arrive, our amazing hospitality team will check you in and guide you to your seat without you needing to touch any surfaces.
Hygiene & CleaningCleaning procedures have been increased and we have taken measures to disinfect the building thoroughly. All seating and surfaces will be sanitised between each service. Please bring a face covering with you and just in case you forget, we’ll have spare ones available on arrival, along with hand sanitiser and sterile wipes. All our staff and volunteers will be wearing face coverings.
Social DistancingSeating will be arranged in accordance with the current social distancing guidelines. Households and family units will be able to sit together as a bubble. You will be shown to your seats and then two seats either side will be closed off. Remember you should not physically touch people unless they are in your household. We know you may meet people that you have not seen in months for the first time but please respect the government guidelines and do not greet people with a hug!
Travel to the BuildingPlease follow the current guidelines for travel on public transport and if arriving by car, we ask that you follow the car park team’s instructions on where to park. They are filling the car park in as safe a manner as possible. We may require you to park in alternative spaces. Whilst in our car park, do stay alert and respect the current social distancing guidance.
WorshipIn keeping with the current government guidelines, we will not be singing out loud when we gather in person, except for the band members on stage. We know this is disappointing, but we kindly ask that you follow this request!
Baby FeedingThe baby feeding room will be available.
One-Way SystemThe building will operate a one-way system of separate entrances and exits. This is in place for your safety and we ask that you respect and honour any hospitality team members’ requests.
Before and After ServicesTo facilitate as many people attending as possible, while adhering to the government guidelines for places of worship, The Source & seating area will not be open. At the end of the service, you will be directed to leave, row by row, by one of the hospitality team. Please respect and honour any direction given to you by our hospitality team as they help us facilitate a safe environment.
