Our building will have limited capacity, so we can create a safe and socially distanced service. Due to limited seating, reservations will be made on a first come, first served basis.
To ensure you get a seat, we’re going to require you to reserve it online before you come to the service.
Please only reserve seats that you will use so someone else doesn’t miss out. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the service after reserving a seat please let us know.
We ask that you arrive 30 minutes before the service starts to allow us to check you in and seat you.
If you arrive after the service starts we reserve the right to give your seat away.
When you arrive, our amazing hospitality team will check you in and guide you to your seat without you needing to touch any surfaces.
Hygiene & Cleaning
Cleaning procedures have been increased and we have taken measures to disinfect the building thoroughly. All seating and surfaces will be sanitised between each service.
Please bring a face covering with you and just in case you forget, we’ll have spare ones available on arrival, along with hand sanitiser and sterile wipes.
All our staff and volunteers will be wearing face coverings.
Seating will be arranged in accordance with the current social distancing guidelines. Households and family units will be able to sit together as a bubble. You will be shown to your seats and then two seats either side will be closed off.
Remember you should not physically touch people unless they are in your household. We know you may meet people that you have not seen in months for the first time but please respect the government guidelines and do not greet people with a hug!
In keeping with the current government guidelines, we will not be singing out loud when we gather in person, except for the band members on stage.
We know this is disappointing, but we kindly ask that you follow this request!
Children are of course welcome, but will be required to remain seated with their family at all times to ensure social distancing measures are respected.
Your child will receive a Tenacious Kidz Pack. Parents and carers will be required to keep their children with them at all times in and around the building.
Travel to the Building
Please follow the current guidelines for travel on public transport and if arriving by car, we ask that you follow the car park team’s instructions on where to park. They are filling the car park in as safe a manner as possible. We may require you to park in alternative spaces.
Whilst in our car park, do stay alert and respect the current social distancing guidance.
The baby feeding room will be available.
These will be open but for emergency use only.
If your child needs to go to the toilet, we ask that you accompany them.
If you are diagnosed with or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 you must not attend any in-person church services. Please join us for a Sunday Online service from home, self-isolate and follow the government advice.
Likewise, if you have been in close contact with someone diagnosed or experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 please stay at home and follow government advice.
In addition, if you have returned from international travel in the last 14 days, from a country currently not on the government’s exemption list or have been in close contact with someone who has returned from such a country in the last 14 days, please stay at home.
Before and After Services
To facilitate as many people attending as possible, while adhering to the government guidelines for places of worship, the Source & seating area will not be open.
At the end of the service, you will be directed to leave, row by row, by one of the hospitality team.
Please respect and honour any direction given to you by our hospitality team as they help us facilitate a safe environment.
The building will operate a one-way system of separate entrances and exits. This is in place for your safety and we ask that you respect and honour any hospitality team members’ requests.
