The Hope Course
The HOPE grief support programme at London Riverside Church works in partnership with West & Coe, highly respected Funeral Directors in Barking & Dagenham and the South East, and initiators of this support service.
It runs over seven weeks and aims to offer support, guidance and education to those who are going through the grieving process. The course evolved as a response to the distinct lack of grief support, knowledge and understanding of this process being offered by local services to people in the area.
Referrals to join the course are received from West & Coe Funeral Directors, local doctors and health centres or by word of mouth from others who have attended the course.
Our next course will be held in person at the church building on

Wednesday 1st May 2024.
